We are all part of nature.  All life is so precious.
We are dedicated to sharing our passion, and examples of those on similar journeys, with the desired outcome that a movement of awareness replaces the emptiness often felt in hearts of humanity.

Skip and Janice Thomas Founders

Our Story

Usually people who've reached retirement age, are done with career paths and are setting on the beach reading a good book.  Well for Skip and Janice they have entered a new period of their lives where the greatest rewards are in being of service to other people, building connections to the power and wisdom of nature, and enjoying growing relationships with animals of all types, especially rescued horses.

Throughout their lives they experienced how priceless that connection could be, and so they decided to share it with others by launching a nonprofit Fox Mountain Sanctuary.

Both Skip and Janice had felt a level of compassion having precious relationships with animals from horses, deer, squirrels and many more.

As the world's demands of submission to a system that becomes a trap.  Busy fast pace traffic lines, people heading to from their daily jobs and labeling it "normal", there exists another level of "freedom and peace" that our ancestors knew well.  The Key to life is found there in the wisdom, in remembering and listening to secrets awaiting in nature.

The results, is a connection that lasts a lifetime.

Success Stories

Here in Arkansas, I had the opportunity to visit and film an amazing story.

Actor by trade, and a lifelong animal lover and rescuer, Dawn Olivieri is at the helm of Moon Mountain Sanctuary and Rescue. From the sets of 1883 and Yellowstone to the Ouachita Forrest Boundary in Arkansas, this real life rancher has devoted her heart and land to help kill pen horses find their way to a new life.
